i swear that the home health aids of this program must think of me as the most insignificant client in this program because it always takes so long for them to answer my calls (whenever i pull the string for help). it took maxine about 45 minutes to answer my call and i had to go to the bathroom. it took gladys 30 minutes to answer my light this afternoon when i pulled my string and i had to go to the bathroom again and wanted to be sat on my couch. i made three calls to tell people about my problem, none of which did i get ahold of- so, i had to leave messages. i don't know if i stirred the pot a little but this isn't fair that my cares have became irrelevant.
